All refunds/returns are under management's discretion.
MUST HAVE A RECEIPT FOR RETURN/REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, customer concerns must be addressed within three (3) hours of purchase, if not sooner.
Item(s) of concern must be physically presented to us.
The following items [not limited to items listed] are not eligible for refund/returns: discounted or items on promotion, Juices** (unless visibly damaged), products consumed half of its size or more.
We cannot & do not restock returned items. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refunds can take up to 14 business days depending upon financial institution.
*Loyalty/Rewards program: points are earned on full priced prepared items purchased in-store. Discounted, promotional items &/or purchases made through web/app do not qualify towards rewards program.
Offers, promotions & discounts cannot be combined.

Bottles must be clean, free of debris to receive redemption value.
We cannot accept jars with contaminants. [i.e.: spoiled product, trash, mold, growth, debris, ash, etc.]
Cancellations on Three+ (3+) Day Cleanses must be made a full 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up day.
Refunds will be fully issued in the original form of payment on cleanses cancelled a full 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up day.
Cancellations made in less than a full 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up day will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
The remaining balance will be issued in the original form of payment.
We offer a full refund issued as store credit if you wish to reschedule your cleanse for a future date.
Same day cleanse orders placed over the phone will be held for until end of business day unless scheduled for pickup on a later date.
